Abstract

We present a period analysis of the well-known W UMa-type eclipsing binary BX Pegasi. The very short-period eclipsing binary system BX Pegasi was observed photo electrically. The data which we have used to draw light curve were observed with CCD through I filter. The data had inserted into the variable star and exoplanet section of Czech astronomical society. We used this data to analyse the period and light curve of this binary system. In order to find the exact time of the light curve's minimums, we imported the data range of the minimums into the software "Table Curve". Afterward, the exact times of them were determined. We calculated the period and presented a new ephemeris. The epochs of the light curve's minimums were determined and inserted into the O-C diagram.
