Abstract

The available photometry from the online databases were used for the light curve analysis of three eclipsing binary systems V0449 Peg, EP And, and EK Com. All these stars are of W UMa-type, having the orbital periods from 0.2 to 0.4 days. 742 new times of minima for these binaries were derived, trying to identify the period variations and the orbital period decrease rates for the systems are estimated. For the system V0449 Peg present the first analysis of the light curves and a significant third light contribution was determined during the O-C curve solution, for the system EK Commas transfer was determined and for the system EP And mass transfer from the less massive component to the more massive one, and cyclic variations of the orbital period through the presence of a third body was specified.
